Submission Guidelines
1. General Submission Requirements
- Language: Manuscripts must be submitted in English.
- File Format: All manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
- Length of Manuscript: Research articles should typically not exceed 6,000 words, including abstract, tables, figures, and references. Review articles should not exceed 8,000 words.
- Manuscript Types: Health Science & Biomedical Journal (HSBJ) accepts the following types of submissions:
- Original research articles
- Review articles
- Case reports
- Short communications
- Letters to the editor
2. Manuscript Structure
All manuscripts should be organized in the following order:
- Title Page
- Title of the manuscript
- Full names of authors, their institutional affiliations, and ORCID IDs (if available)
- Corresponding author’s name, email address, and phone number
- Abstract
- An abstract of no more than 300 words, summarizing the aim, methods, results, and conclusion.
- Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords that best describe the content of the article.
- Main Text
- Introduction: Brief background, objectives, and rationale of the study.
- Methods: Detailed explanation of the materials, methods, and procedures used in the study.
- Results: Clear and concise presentation of the findings, supported by tables and figures as necessary.
- Discussion: Interpretation of the results, comparison with previous studies, limitations, and implications.
- Conclusion: A summary of the findings and their relevance to the field.
- References
- Use APA 7th edition citation style for all references.
- References should be numbered sequentially in the order they appear in the text.
- Include at least 15 relevant references for original research articles.
